Refunds

If you would like a refund,

• In the box below…
• Enter your NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS where the book password was sent and the PASSWORD.
• Email us and let us know that you are requesting a refund.
• If you have time, please let us know what the problem was so we can correct it for future customers.
• We will go through the Paypal refund procedure and transfer the funds back to you and “relock” the book.
• We are “very sorry” you were not satisfied with your purchase.
